Fastservers.net is one company that definitely deserves to be here on our whitelists.

They have excellent services which are attractive for both the hardcore
system admin who wants total control of his server or for the novice who
just wants/needs to go dedicated.

We have been hosting with them for a few months now and their service is
smoother than a car salesman's pitch!

Problems we faced:

• Getting the server was a bit of a problem as they are in pretty high demand
  but we got it one day before our scheduled date, around three days from the
  day we signed up.
  
• CURL was not compiled into php but that was our fault as didn’t mention it
  when we asked for the LAMP bundle (Linux-Apache-MySql-PHP), this was quickly
  rectified by their support department....believe it or not...free of cost!
  
• Without agreement but instead with a polite greeting and offer for more free help if we needed it.!

Things we were impressed with:

• Adding more IPs at just a few cents each
  
• Partly managed or totally managed servers for just a little more bucks
  
• Fantastic support, we cannot stress how important this is and what a fantastic job their support
  department does...none of us here work that efficiently!
  
• So far we have gotten 100% uptime even though they guarantee just 99.9%
  
• No setup charge for adding additional hardware to your server (e.g.: ram/hdd)
  
• We asked for our server to be setup with Zend Optimizer and MySql 4.1 to be installed...we asked
  just once and when our server was delevered..it was. (Unlike AITCOM in our blacklists)
  
• Other than normal email support which gets answered in a few minutes on average, we were also assigned
  2hrs priority support...which we never used after few days of hosting with then...because there were no
  hiccups or problems,          at all.
  We did use 30mins the first month though...
  
• 900gigs bandwidth--we used over 650gigs and we got no complaints or excuses to be charged!
  
• Full RAID and data backup (data backup daily/weekly/monthly...you decide)

We have been with Hub from the beginning (of our site)

They have a fantastic setup where they offer something like dedicated hosting on virtual hosting!
You can manage your whole site like its on a dedicated server including adding modules, root access etc

Other cool features are:
host unlimited domains on one account
Unlimited MySQL/POSTGRES databases

We had a few hiccups gettings started as they are based on a FreeBSD platform, but no hiccups at all
from the company.

Expect friendly and quick support and more important, quick problem solving if any problems pop their
ugly heads.

We have been hosting with these guys for over two years and we are happy to say:
No problems!

They have a kick-ass control panel, very slick site and a very very good support department.

Prices for their higher end services are very good and they support Java™,
but because of Java (we think) sometimes the server gets pretty slow...the only black mark we
could find on this host.
